Jennifer Naughton

President & CEO .

Jennifer Naughton is President and CEO of Radiant Resources since it was founded in 1993.  In her capacity as CEO, Jennifer oversees sales and marketing as well as partner relationships. 

In 2011, Jennifer was named as a "Woman of the Channel" which acknowledges female executives for their accomplishments during the year and the extent of influence that they have demonstrated over the technology channel.

In 2011, Jennifer was also the recipient of a Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) scholarship to the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth.

Apart from her responsibilities at Radiant Resources, Jennifer has served as Mayor of the Borough of Spring Lake, NJ for the past 5 years.  She is also a board member and mentor of the Manasquan High School Academy of Finance and the Jersey Shore University Hospital Foundation.
