Carol Simon

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Carol Simon has been a part of the Radiant Resources team for over 15 years.  As a key member of the Executive Committee, Carol is the chief financial spokesperson for Radiant Resources where she oversees all financial management matters including producing, forecasting, and maintaining operating budgets. 

Carol coordinates fiscal reporting activities and safeguards financial assets of the company.  She ensures all compliance and regulatory issues are met, secures bank funding, monitors bank activity, and manages cash flow of accounts and payroll.

Prior to joining Radiant Resources, Carol worked as a merchandising executive at the Lord & Taylor corporate office for 6 years and was later made Vice President for 10 years.  With over 30 years of experience, Carol has an exceptional understanding of business and financial management.

Carol attended the Carrol School of Management at Boston College where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.

Besides her responsibilities at Radiant Resources, Carol also serves as a board member at the St. Mary's Prep in the capacity of treasurer and the key strategist in fundraising.  Carol is also a trained and accomplished chef as well as an avid organic gardener.
